What to know

Eligible items

Handbags, shoes, and fashion pieces may be reviewed for return or exchange when they are in the same condition received. Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned with their box where provided.

Items we cannot accept

Opened fragrances, used items, damaged packaging, items with signs of wear, and pieces marked final sale cannot be accepted unless they arrived faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as confirmed, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Delivery costs

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect. We will confirm the best return method before you send anything back.
